Cancellations by Participants

To ensure the highest level of service and accommodate the needs of all participants, Golden Safeguard has implemented the following cancellation policy for Agent Safeguard training sessions. 1. Cancellations by Participants: a. Notice Required: Participants must provide written notice of cancellation at least seven business days before the scheduled training date to receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost. b. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within seven business days of the training date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the training cost. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session. c. No-Shows: Participants who do not attend the training session without prior notification will forfeit the attendance fee.

Cancellations by Golden Safeguard

Full Refund or Reschedule: If Golden Safeguard must cancel or reschedule a training session due to unforeseen circumstances, participants can reschedule or receive a full refund of their training fee. Advance Notification: Golden Safeguard will notify participants at least 48 hours before any necessary changes to the training schedule whenever possible.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling by Participants: Participants may reschedule their session one time at no cost if they notify us at least seven business days in advance. Subsequent rescheduling requests will incur a 20% rescheduling fee. a. Rescheduling Due to Emergencies: If an emergency prevents participation within 48 hours of the training, contact us as soon as possible before the session to discuss rescheduling options.
